Mainly for large workpiece, fixed position such as inner right angle, outer right angle, plane weld, small heat affected zone, small deformation, large welding depth and firm welding. It is a flexible and brand-new welding process for long-distance welding of large workpieces.
Product features
1. Flexible and convenient integrated design, laser, water tank and control part are combined together, which occupies a small area and has low site requirements. It is equipped with mobile pulleys and can adjust the station at any time according to the site requirements, which is convenient and flexible;
2. Hand-held welding joint, the transmission optical fiber can be selected for 10m, which breaks through the limitation of the worktable, can reach a wider welding range, is suitable for various complex welds, and can carry out laser welding processing on any part and angle of the workpiece;
3. Continuous laser mode, the weld transition is smooth, there is no fish scale, and the weld is firm;
